An apology: Last month, I realized that my new iphone was great at everything except making/receiving phone calls. First and foremost, my deepest gratitude goes out to every client who has made this milestone possible… Whether you order an average of 1 or 30 tours a year, I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve each and every one of my clients. Over the past four years I’ve shared some laughs, built friendships, and learned a whole lot about business and life from many of you and I truly couldn’t ask for a better group of people to serve.
If you’ve been a client for long, you know very well that I don’t follow the furniture store model for sales and marketing. There are no ‘final days’ of the ‘biggest sale of the week’ and a I’m not ‘going out of business’ for two months at a time twice a year… Perhaps this is a mistake, I dunno… I just think it’s better service to have straight forward, stable pricing. I don’t want anyone to feel like they have to wait for the next sale to give their listings and their sellers the exposure they need to sell a home in this seemingly tight market. That’d be bad service both to you and to your clients.


On a slightly more serious note, I really wanted to send this email sooner, I’ve just been so busy that it slipped.
